Shipping & Returns
~ All orders over $50 are shipped FREE to you.
~ All orders under $50 are a flat $5 shipping fee.
~ Orders within our local area MUST be picked up or pay shipping.
~ Orders are sent 1-3 business days from the original order date.
~ Most orders are sent via USPS 1st Class. This service can take 1-14 days for delivery. If you need an order in a hurry, please contact us and we can quote you rush shipping charges.
~ All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Once the package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer held responsible. Delays or issues may incur that are out of our control. You may track your package at www.usps.com.
~ If your package tracking is not updating, please contact us.
~ If your package shows Delivered, but you have not seen it, please contact your local post office immediately.
~ Sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for credit, only size exchange if available.
~ Returned items must be in NEW condition, UNWORN and UNWASHED and tags still attached. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn even once it will not qualify for a return.
~ Please follow the care tags on all garments. If you do not want to hand wash, AT LEAST wash in COLD and hang to dry. DO NOT DRY IN DRYER. Most of our garments are specialty fabrics so they take a little extra care.
~ Returned items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
~ Returned items must be returned within 14 days from original purchase date or at least contact us in that time..
~ Due to the limited quantities of our items, we cannot guarantee a size exchange would be possible. (Please contact us to check)
~ DEFECTS: Any defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, and have the tags still attached to be considered for return.
~ NO REFUNDS. Store Credit/Exchange ONLY.
~ The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned items.
~ We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. If you are returning an item, please send it with a tracking number.
