  • RETURNS: Each Online Exclusive is subject to the brand's return policy and is usually strict to 7 days after receipt and must be unwashed, unworn, in brand new condition, with tags attached & original packaging.

  • Shipping:
    • $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
    • Orders within our local area MUST be picked up or pay shipping.
    • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business days.
    • You may track your package at www.usps.com.
    • FREE local pickup is available in Lewiston (Choose option at checkout.)
    • Local Pickup Orders are available immediately and can be picked up during open hours. 
    Defects:
    • Any defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase. 
    • Items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, and have the tags still attached to be considered for return.
    Care instructions:
    • Please follow the care tags on all garments. 
    • If you do not want to hand wash, AT LEAST wash in COLD and hang to dry. DO NOT DRY IN DRYER.  
    • Most of our garments are specialty fabrics so they take a little extra care.
    Returns: 
    • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
    • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
    • Due to the limited quantities of non-handmade items, we cannot guarantee a size exchange would be possible. (Please contact us to check before sending items back)
    • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
    • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
    • We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. If you are returning an item, please send it with a tracking number
