Steel Blue Striped Cinched Up Top

Such a pretty blue! Steel blue with vertical stripes in navy & ivory. Non stretch blouse fabric but a loose fit. The neck has a cinched look and elastic for easy on and off.  The waist has small side slits and a drawstring that ties on both sides. Cinch it up for a bubbled look or leave it loose. 

Fit: Running really generous. Most will be able to size down.
